Dr. Wilson teaches classes in statistics, technical graphics (CAD), technology law and technological forecasting. He received his bachelor's degree in Commerce and Engineering from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA, and his master's and doctorate degrees in Industrial Enginering from Arizona State University, Tempe Campus. Prior to joining the faculty at ASU, he was an officer in the U.S. Army and spent several years in industry, gaining valuable experience in the aerospace and healthcare industries. He joined the faculty of ASU West in 1986 and moved to the ASU's Polytechnic campus upon creation of the new College of Technology and Applied Sciences. His research interests have centered on mathematical and stochastic programming, and more recently on digital audio and the history, evolution and forecasting of technology. He enjoys bicycling, showing his Gordon and Irish setters, songwriting and singing with the Phoenicians barbershop Chorus.
