Iti Agnihotri leads Narrative and Storytelling at the ASU Foundation for a New American University, where she surfaces and shares the human stories behind philanthropic giving to and through Arizona State University. Her work illuminates how generosity transforms individuals, strengthens communities, and honors the people who make that work their life's purpose.
Her recent tours of duty at the ASU Foundation and ASU include advancing fundraising strategy, storytelling and special initiatives as part of the ASU Foundation's Presidential Advancement team; and leading ASU Learning Enterprise Strategic Communications, advancing storytelling for the unit's ever-expanding range of offerings and programs to meet the needs of learners at every stage in life. She has also served students directly at ASU Local, expanding the program’s footprint from Los Angeles, California, to two additional sites in Washington, D.C., and Yuma, Arizona. At ASU Local, she oversaw a team of marketing professionals who focused on recruitment marketing, thought leadership, public relations, social media, and storytelling. Other previous roles include serving as Director of Client Services for ASU's billion-dollar Knowledge Enterprise's strategic marketing team, and media relations officer at the ASU President's Office.
She has a bachelor's degree in biotechnology, a master's in broadcast journalism, and an MBA from ASU's W. P. Carey School of Business. Before joining ASU, she worked as a reporter and news producer at a National Public Radio station, and a radio host and producer at India's biggest chain of entertainment radio stations.
She is a lifelong vegetarian, music lover with ADD, and philomath.
