Aric helped launch a program with Arizona State University and The Arizona Republic that generated 2.5 million monthly page views and been part of a breaking news team that was a finalist for a Pulitzer Prize.
He spent three years as a recruiter, helping newspapers and television stations find talent. He also helped recruit for USA TODAY NETWORK internships across the country. He helped oversee training efforts for more than 200 interns and been a part of diversity efforts for the USA TODAY NETWORK.
He has also mentored students and young professionals across the country from a variety of universities. Efforts include reviewing resumes and reels, what markets to target and dealing with issues on the job.
He is now a recruiter and career mentor for masters students at ASU's Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication.
