Project Assignments:
- End-to-end responsibility for uAchieve (DARS) and eAdvisor Critical Tracking infrastructure
- Supporting Admissions Office, Graduation Office, Provost Office, Transfer Articulation Development, Critical Tracking, MAPP/TAG, Pathway, etc.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Systems Analyst for the DARS applications and this is demonstrated by:
- monitoring the production processes supported by the DARS software
- specifying modifications to DARS and its interfaces
- designing, developing, implementing and testing modifications to DARS and its interfaces
- configuring, installing and upgrading the software
- preparing functional specifications for system modifications
- identifying causes of problems when hardware and software are not operating properly and taking appropriate action.
- communicating DARS features and capabilities to team members and the larger ASU community
- contributing to the knowledge base for end user support so that users of the system can get fast resolution to their problems
- tuning the application to optimize performance
- working with DBAs to optimize database
- supporting production, qa, and development environments
