Frank has over 12 years of Business Analyst and Project Management experience. Frank has been part of ASU's UTO CRM development team since July 2007. Frank has had an opportunity to participate in various CRM projects such as the implementation and rollout of the CRM Support Dashboard. Prior to working at ASU, Frank was employed by Phelps Dodge where he supported the finance application as a business analyst. He also worked at Novell as project manager and business analyst where he hand an opportunity to work on content and document managagement system implementations. Frank has been given an opportunity to expand his CRM network and experience by participating as the co-chair for the CRM track at the upcoming Alliance 2009 conference. He has also been invited to present his "PeopleSoft Enterprise CRM Support Dashboard and Reporting" presentation at the Oracle OpenWorld 2008 conference. Frank has 3 daughters. He spends many hours at the soccer fields and volleyball courts supporting his older daughters sports interest. His two younger daughters are twins and keep him and his wife on their toes.
