I have worked in higher education since 1998. Prior to joining ASU in 2007, I held academic advising positions at The College of Saint Rose in Albany, NY, the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, FL, and Excelsior College in Albany, NY. I moved to Phoenix in 2007 for an advising position with the Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at ASU. In May 2013, I joined the undergraduate advising team in SCAI. I became an Academic Success Specialist Senior in 2015 and then moved to an administrative position in SCAI as an Undergraduate Advising Coordinator, Senior in 2016. The primary duties in this position include the supervision and professional development of SCAI Undergraduate Academic Success Specialists with various levels of experience and working in conjunction with the SCAI leadership team to develop communication strategies for the unit and to make strategic recommendations to support the advising enterprise.
