Research & Engagement Librarian and East Asian Studies Librarian at the ASU Library; affiliated faculty of the School of International Letters and Cultures (SILC) and the Center for Asian Research (CAR). Liu received her B.A. and M.A. in Chinese Languages and Literature at Nankai University, China. She earned her Master’s degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her Ph.D. degree is in East Asian Studies, emphasizing classical Chinese literature. She has publications in both Chinese and English on Medieval Chinese literature and history, print culture, and international exchange programs.
