Audrey Dumouchel-Jones is the interim vice president and chief human resources officer.
Dumouchel-Jones has been an HR professional for over 20 years, with experience in the public and private sectors. Through her various roles at ASU, she has led university-wide HR initiatives and strategies, leaning on her experience with workforce management, performance coaching, operations management, policy administration, recruitment, and talent development and training.
Dumouchel-Jones joined ASU’s Office of Human Resources in December 2006 after holding various HR leadership positions in the retail and service industries.
Dumouchel-Jones is a first-generation college graduate and ASU alumna who holds a Bachelor of Science in business management with a focus on human resources. She pursued graduate education in human resources at the Keller Graduate School of Management. She has earned professional certifications through the Society for Human Resource Management and the HR Certification Institute. Dumouchel-Jones has also served as chair of the ASU Commission on the Status of Women for the Tempe and Downtown Phoenix campuses.
