Lauren Bedsole is currently a Clinical Assistant Professor in Early Childhood Special Education for Mary Lou Fulton College for Teaching and Learning Innovation. Prior to working for ASU, Lauren worked as a Social Emotional Learning/Behavior Specialist for PK-6 elementary schools in Scottsdale, Arizona. She also was a professional development speaker for school districts and world wide teaching conferences on early childhood, inclusion, special education and social emotional learning. Previous to that, she was a self contained teacher and taught grades K-6. She also spent eight years in private practice ABA therapy working with children with various disabilities ages 2-22, her specialty being ages 2-6. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Teaching and Learning Innovation. She received her Master’s Degree in Special Education from Grand Canyon University and her two Bachelor’s degrees from Arizona State University in Psychology and Human and Family Development.
