Lauren Bedsole is currently a Clinical Assistant Professor in Early Childhood Special Education for Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College. Prior to working for ASU, Lauren worked as a Social Emotional Learning/Behavior Specialist for two PK-6 elementary schools in Scottsdale, Arizona. She also was a professional development speaker for her school district and world wide teaching conferences on early childhood, inclusion, special education and social emotional learning. Previous to that, she was a self contained teacher and taught grades K-6 for 6 years. She also spent eight years in private practice ABA therapy working with children with various disabilities ages 2-22, her specialty being ages 2-6. She received her Master’s Degree in Special Education from Grand Canyon University and her two Bachelor’s degrees from Arizona State University in Psychology and Human and Family Development.
