Born and raised in Arizona, I began attending Arizona State University in 2008 to work on a dual Bachelor's. I graduated in 2013 Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor's of Arts in Anthropology and a Bachelor's of Sciences in Biology and Society. I also attended Mesa Community College for supplementary classes in computer programming, Japanese language studies, and archaeological fieldwork, the last of which included excavation work at Mesa Grande. From 2015-2017 I attended Arizona State University to obtain a Master's of Science in Biomedical Informatics to increase my computer skills while remaining in my field of interest. In Fall of 2019, I entered the Evolutionary Anthropology PhD program at Arizona State University to study human evolution and adaptation, and the relationship between our genetics and the biological features that make us unique among primates, and the sole survivors of our genus, Homo.
