Responsibilities:
Course scheduling for all semesters for all programs; working with Program Directors to schedule all courses and semester finals; cooperating with other ASU departments to schedule cross-listed courses, creating reports related to course scheduling (MyReports), enrollments, and other requested information; providing committee support such as receiving and screening telephone calls and visitors and scheduling appointments and interviews for Clinical Track Faculty Committee; responding to inquiries of applicants for advertised positions; arranging travel reservations and itineraries as needed for out-of-state applicants; assists department with support functions for major events such as Convocation.
