Ingrid is a dedicated higher education professional with over 17 years of experience in program administration, data management, and community engagement. She currently serves as Assistant Director, where she oversees the implementation of large-scale family engagement initiatives such as the WeGrad and HMDP Programs. In this role, she manages program logistics, external partnerships, data systems, and strategic outreach efforts serving more than 5,000 participants annually.
Ms. Estrada holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and International Relations, and in Strategic Marketing. She also earned a certification in the American English and Culture Program from Arizona State University. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she brings a culturally responsive approach to her work, ensuring inclusive service delivery and effective communication with diverse populations.
