Laura DiPaolo has served Arizona State University since 2008 and currently works as a Business Operations Manager in Financial Accounting and Operations within the W. P. Carey School of Business Graduate Programs Office.
Throughout her tenure at ASU—including roles with the Julie Ann Wrigley Global Futures Laboratory, Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering, and Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College—she has provided comprehensive financial and operational support to staff, faculty, and research investigators across state, local, tuition-funded, sponsored, and ASU Foundation accounts.
Laura is passionate about supporting the ASU community and fostering collaboration across units. She founded the ASU Consortium Club (ASUCC), a 60+ member ASU-wide staff organization dedicated to sharing tools, best practices, and professional development resources.
She has received multiple university nominations and awards, including Knowledge Enterprise Commitment Award Finalist (2021), Outstanding Staff Award Nominee, School of Sustainability (2019–2020), and Research Administrator Award (2014).
