My research focuses on sales pedagogy, business ethics, and corporate social responsibility, with particular emphasis on ethical decision-making, governance, and stakeholder engagement in sales and marketing contexts. I study how experiential learning, structured reflection, and principled innovation shape student learning, professional judgment, and career readiness. My work also examines ESG reporting practices, organizational responses to ethical crises, and issues of equity, harassment, and power within firms. Through mixed methods, case research, and pedagogical studies, I aim to advance practice-relevant scholarship that strengthens ethical leadership and decision-making in sales and business education.
