Long Bio
Lindsay is a research specialist at the Swette Center for Sustainable Food Systems. She earned an MS from the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University, where she focused her coursework and professional writing on regenerative agriculture, livestock production systems, and policy solutions that enhance climate resilience. Her research at Tufts led to a first-author publication in Choices (“The U.S.–Japan Trade Agreement: Will It Lead to Greener Pastures for U.S. Beef?”), an online peer-reviewed magazine published by the Agricultural & Applied Economics Association. She also holds a JD from the University of Oregon School of Law.
