Racheal Esquer

Racheal is the current Program Manager for the ASU Passport Acceptance Office.  This office is a high volume customer service area, serving not just the ASU community, but the general public as well.  She oversees the day-to-day business operations for the passport acceptance program.  Ensures that operations comply with regulations established by the U.S. Department of State.  Establishes, monitors, and ensures adherence to quality and quantity standards.  Initiate or coordinate the preparation of reports and maintenance of records pertaining to the operation of the work unit.  Racheal has over 25 years of customer service experience.  Experienced in lending, cash management, human resources, compliance and customer service.
