Allison Cole is an assistant professor in the Department of Finance. She recently completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the National Bureau of Economic Research in the Economics of an Aging Workforce group. Her research focuses on household-saving behavior, particularly in retirement accounts and the interaction of benefits with job choice and labor mobility.
