Roslynn currently serves as the Associate Director of Research Strategy at ASU’s Global Security Initiative, where she connects national security needs with university research capabilities. In this role, she helps shape fundamental and applied research concepts aligned with national defense priorities and critical technologies. Roslynn advances portfolios by connecting researchers, strengthening institutional competitiveness, and elevating proposal development. She also manages internal and external partnerships to grow university networks and spark long-term collaboration.
Previously, she led Administrative Operations at the Biodesign Institute, where she built and managed high-performing teams that supported institute faculty and research activities. During this time, she played a pivotal role in establishing statewide COVID-19 testing operations within the Biodesign Clinical Laboratory, an effort that required equal parts innovation, coordination, and grit. Prior to joining ASU, Roslynn supervised the ID Card office at Northern Arizona University, where she earned her Master of Public Administration with a focus in Environmental Management, as well as a Bachelor’s in Business Economics and International Business. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
