Hello!
I began my career at ASU in November 2015 with the Student Employment Office (SEO). After six years there, I branched out, and began working in Human Resources for University Housing. Within the year I promoted from HR Specialist to an HR Specialist, Sr. and became supervisor of my previous position. Then EOSS (Educational Outreach and Student Services) HR became centralized within the SRVP Office about a year later. Since then, I was promoted to Department HR Generalist where I currently supervise a team of HR Specialists and HR Specialist Sr that provide HR services for Housing, SDFC, DOS, FSL, SCC and SRR. Prior to my employment with ASU, I spent 11 years with University of Phoenix and nearly 10 years with AT&T, prior to that. I have an extensive background with higher education enrollment and retention. I also have many years of experience working with children in a school setting, daycare environment, and group homes. I have worked with many organizations that service at-risk and high-needs populations. I will begin my master's program Spring 2025.
