Long Bio
David Gartner is a professor of law in the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law. Professor Gartner teaches Constitutional Law, Survey of Individual Rights in Constitutional Law, Law and Democracy, and Foreign Relations Law. Professor Gartner was previously a fellow at the Brookings Institution and a visiting scholar at Harvard University.
