Prior to coming to ASU, Jacob's work centered around assisting and motivating disengaged populations in the Phoenix Metropolitan area to (re)enter into the workforce or education. His work included providing youth and adults with education and career development services, conducting career readiness and financial literacy trainings, and developing outreach strategies.
