Long Bio

Yolanda is an alumna of Arizona State University and holds a B.A. in Psychology and a M.S. in Psychology with Emphasis in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She joined the HR team at the Biodesign Institute in 2016 and has been a member of the Knowledge Enterprise HR team through their expansion and acquisition of various departments. Prior to joining ASU, Yolanda was an Agency Healthcare/Information Technology recruiter serving Bay Area Fortune 500 clients. Yolanda specializes in HR consulting, recruiting, visas, employee relations, and coaching/performance discussions.
