Moira McSpadden currently serves as a Business Analyst within Student Success Innovations (SSI) in ASU’s Office of the University Provost. In this role, Moira works with the Credit Mobility team as liaison between the Functional team of Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) and the Enterprise Technology team that is doing the development for the Individual Degree Planner (IDP) app that is one of three apps in the Credit Mobility Suite being developed for use by students at Arizona State University.
With more than 15 years of experience in Business Analysis, Moira has worked on numerous projects, including an Aerospace Document Management and Change Management system, Insurance apps, and Retail Product Management application. The document management system saved the company more than $800,000 in the first year of operations. Moira specializes in requirements gathering and documentation, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing.
