Long Bio
Catalina Cortes is an Instructor at the Design School of Arizona State University and an Associate Professor at the School of Design of Universidad del Desarrollo in Chile. Her current research explores co-design processes of transdisciplinary teams designing relational public health services through an embodied design mindset. She collaborates with the College of Health Solutions and the Create the Change Initiative from the Global Futures Laboratory of ASU. She teaches graphic design and design research-related courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Since 2020, she has been a member of the International Advisory Council of the DRS (https://www.designresearchsociety.org/).
