Jeff joined the ETX team in March 2020. He has many years of experience in policy making and business operations for the government and non-profit organizations. Jeff grew up in a household with a higher education academician, which instilled the value of higher education and the importance of challenging conventional ideas. This has created a keen sense of curiosity, so the mission of the ETX Center holds particular interest to him. Jeff holds a B.A. in History from Colby College and a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
