Ben Glines is an Event Operations Manager with extensive experience overseeing large scale events, venue logistics, and guest operations at ASU Gammage and Desert Financial Arena. He specializes in coordinating complex event schedules, managing operational teams, and ensuring events run smoothly from setup to strike while maintaining a strong focus on organization, communication, and guest experience.
Originally from South Carolina, Ben developed an early appreciation for live events, community engagement, and the behind the scenes work that brings people together. He entered the events industry after falling in love with community theater. Although he spent time working in the private sector, events and theater at ASU ultimately called him back.
Today, Ben continues to build a career centered on creating organized, welcoming, and memorable experiences for guests, clients, and staff alike while supporting the vital role that live performance and shared events play in the community.
