Riley McInnis joined the School of Life Sciences at ASU in 2021. They are passionate about the accessibility of courses/classrooms and strive to make the best decisions for the students wherever possible. They work closely with faculty and Classroom Scheduling to ensure the best learning environment for the many classes within SOLS.
Outside of work, they love being home with their sister and dog, Winston. When not playing dnd or listening to podcasts, they love a good documentary. (So if you have a recommendation, let them know!)
They have a passion for science communication and like to use their Linguistics background to help communicate some of the intricacies of the little things in science, particularly in nature. McInnis completed a Master's degree in Biology with an Applied Project creating education and outreach materials for lichens at a local arboretum.
