I've been passionate about art and design for as long as I can remember. In fact, my parents had one simple rule growing up: if I had a pencil in my hand, I needed to have paper with it—otherwise the nearest wall might become my next canvas. That lifelong curiosity and love for creating eventually led me to earn a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Wayne State University in my hometown of Detroit, Michigan.
After relocating to Arizona, I continued my education at Arizona State University's Polytechnic campus, studying Graphic Information Technology while managing large-format production at the Print & Imaging Lab. There, I developed a deep appreciation for the intersection of design, print production, and visual communication.
My professional career began at Bluemedia (now Wasserman Live), where I joined as a Production Designer and grew into roles supporting the company's internal marketing efforts, eventually serving as Brand and Events Manager. That experience gave me the opportunity to lead creative projects from concept through execution while building expertise in branding, marketing, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
In 2023, I returned to Arizona State University as a Graphic Design Principal with the Academic Enterprise Communications team, where I partner with writers, editors, strategists, and fellow designers to create integrated print and digital communications that support student recruitment and engagement. I enjoy transforming complex ideas into clear, engaging visual experiences and am always looking for new ways to tell meaningful stories through thoughtful design.
When I'm not designing, I'm usually exploring new creative ideas, learning new techniques, or finding inspiration in the world around me. For me, design has never been just a career—it's been a lifelong passion.
