Amy Riggs is the Assistant Director for Academic Services in the School of Manufacturing Systems and Networks (MSN), one of the eight schools within the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University. Based at ASU's Polytechnic campus, Amy brings over 18 years of experience in higher education, with expertise spanning academic advising, online degree program student support, university scholarships and recruitment, curriculum development and team leadership.
Throughout her career, Amy has led academic services and initiatives focused on student success, program development, and operational effectiveness. Her experience managing teams, programs, and cross-functional initiatives enables her to bring a strategic, collaborative, and student-centered approach to her leadership.
A proud Arizonan, Amy appreciates the dry heat and mild winters. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Colorado State University and a Master of Education in Higher and Postsecondary Education from Arizona State University.
