Dr. Yaxin Guo is an experienced higher education professional with over a decade of expertise in academic operations, student support, and transnational education. She currently serves as Program Manager for the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) programs at Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business, where she leads program coordination, international study tours, curriculum design, and student services for a diverse executive student population.
With a strong background in both administrative leadership and cross-cultural engagement, Dr. Guo has successfully supported undergraduate and graduate-level programs across enrollment management, financial operations, and institutional partnership management. Her work reflects a commitment to creating inclusive and high-impact educational environments, particularly within U.S.-China academic collaborations.
Dr. Guo earned her Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of Arizona. Her dissertation explored university belongingness among doctoral alumni in U.S. transnational education programs in China. She also holds a Master of Education and a Master of Legal Studies from Arizona State University. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, Dr. Guo brings a global perspective and a student-centered approach to her work.
