Chris Myers is the Senior Director of the ASU Print and Imaging Lab, located on Arizona State University’s Polytechnic campus. He has more than 32 years of experience in the print industry, including 16 years at ASU. Chris leads a self-funded, full-service print operation with 8 full-time staff members and 18 to 25 student workers, supporting the university with print, signage, large-format graphics, apparel, promotional merchandise, creative production, and finishing services.
Under his leadership, the Print and Imaging Lab provides high-quality, on-brand materials for ASU departments, events, campus partners, and major university projects. Chris has also helped guide investments in updated equipment and technology, giving students hands-on experience with modern production tools while improving the lab's quality and capabilities. He also coordinates the production, printer partnership, and mailing process for Thrive magazine. He is focused on improving workflows, implementing new technologies, managing supplier relationships, and delivering strong value, quality, and service.
Chris is passionate about creating a positive learning environment for student workers and helping team members grow through real-world experience. He values collaboration, clear communication, thoughtful planning, and a calm approach when managing complex projects and tight deadlines.
In his spare time, Chris enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Sharri, their family and friends, and their four grandkids.
