As a Certified Quality Master Black Belt and Six Sigma Certified Master Black Belt Trainer, Terry O’Brien’s passion is to train and coach business leaders on how to optimize execution of customer-focused quality projects to increase the overall effectiveness and efficiency of their businesses. In 2017, O’Brien joined Change Healthcare, Inc. as a professional development trainer.
In 2004, O’Brien began the Irwin County Detention Center Project. Located in Ocilla, Georgia, the detention center expanded by 512 beds on a 12-acre site. During 2009, O’Brien became the managing member of Detention Management, LLC, whose primary focus is the day-to-day management and operation of detention facilities.
O’Brien has been a member of the board of directors of several local charitable organizations and believes in supporting local and national charities by giving back to the community. For 15 years, he has served in many leadership roles with the ASU Alumni Association’s geographic chapters.
