Xiaohang serves as Associate Director of Enterprise Development within the Office of the Chief Operating Officer of Arizona State University. She plays a key role in advancing ASU’s mission by providing operational, analytical, and business development support. With extensive experience in nonprofit management, donor relations, and global alumni engagement, Xiaohang has a proven track record of cultivating impactful collaborations and partnerships with industry leaders and global stakeholders.
Previously, as Associate Director of Donor Relations and International Alumni Engagement at W. P. Carey School of Business, Xiaohang spearheaded initiatives to elevate the school’s donor relations programs and strategies, while expanding the school’s global footprint of alumni engagement in Asia.
Before joining ASU, Xiaohang served as Manager of Corporate Alliances and Development at Make-A-Wish International, managing a diverse portfolio of corporate accounts and leading innovative fundraising campaigns. As interim CEO of Make-A-Wish Shanghai, she successfully established the first affiliate in Mainland China, collaborating with global stakeholders like Disney and Ferrari Greater China to bring the organization’s mission to life.
Xiaohang holds a Master's of Public Administration with Nonprofit Concentration from ASU, and a Master’s degree in Literature of Film and Television from Nanjing Normal University. Certified in Applied Business Data Analytics and Lean Six Sigma, she brings a data-driven approach to decision-making, operational efficiency, and partnership development.
