Tara Prakash Tripathi has a PhD in Texts & Technology program from University of Central Florida and has been teaching communication, writing and literature related courses for about 10 years. He has avid interest in studying the communication technologies, both digital and analog, as an agent of social change. He has made several presentations in national and international conferences exploring technology’s disabling impact on people with disabilities, starting from the age of Plato. His other research interests include digital rhetorics, social media, popular culture, globalization, disability studies and secondary orality.
He is currently working on a monograph with Oxford University Press , tentatively titled, From Orality to Singularity: the Beginning and End of the Blindness.
