Two-time ASU alumnus Graham Rossini was named Athletics Director on May 23, 2024. A veteran of more than 20 years in sports business, Rossini leads Sun Devil Athletics with a focus on growing championship success, fan engagement, corporate and philanthropic growth, NIL opportunities, and alumni outreach.
In his first year, Rossini guided the Sun Devils through a historic transition into the Big 12 Conference, where ASU captured the league’s inaugural Commissioner’s Cup, awarded to the conference’s top overall athletics program. Sun Devil teams won four Big 12 titles, placed 15 programs in NCAA postseason play, and produced five Top-10 national finishes.
Academically, Sun Devil student-athletes continue to rank among the nation’s best. In 2024-25, they achieved a 3.37 GPA, with 82% earning a 3.0 or higher and nearly half making the Dean’s List. ASU led the Big 12 in Academic All-Big 12 honorees and has now produced 158 CSC Academic All-Americans, the most in the conference.
Before becoming Athletics Director, Rossini served as Chief Business Officer, where he helped secure a 15-year naming rights deal for Mountain America Stadium and a 10-year extension for Desert Financial Arena.
Rossini spent 13 years with the Arizona Diamondbacks as VP of Special Projects & Fan Experience, overseeing several business units, multiple capital projects, including Salt River Fields at Talking Stick, and the execution of the 2011 MLB All-Star Game and 2013 World Baseball Classic.
Rossini began his career at ASU’s Director of Baseball Operations, contributing to two College World Series appearances.
