As an Implementation Coach, Krista has been deeply engaged in building and sustaining team‑based models for five years, first as a principal leading a school‑wide transformation at Stevenson Elementary, then as a district leadership coach supporting implementation across Mesa Public Schools. Krista has deep expertise in supporting the planning and implementation of team‑based models at both the elementary and secondary levels and provides coaching support to schools/systems in AZ and beyond.
With over 20 years of experience in education, Krista has served as a classroom teacher, Title I specialist, school administrator, and Faculty Associate in Educational Leadership at the Mary Lou Fulton College for Teaching and Learning Innovation at Arizona State University. She holds a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Arizona State University. Krista also holds endorsements in English as a Second Language (K–12) and Reading Specialist (K–12).
