Andy Dolan serves as the Director of Enrollment and Engagement in the W. P. Carey School of Business Undergraduate Programs Office at Arizona State University. In this role, Andy supports undergraduate enrollment, scholarships, student engagement and programming, and initiatives that help students connect with the W. P. Carey and ASU communities throughout their undergraduate experience.
Andy began working at Arizona State University in 2012 and has built his career around supporting student success, engagement, and leadership development in higher education. Prior to joining W. P. Carey, Andy held a variety of roles in Educational Outreach and Student Success, including positions with University Housing, New Student Experience, Student Connection and Community, and Student Government. Through these experiences, Andy developed a passion for supporting students as they begin their college journey and helping them build confidence, find their community, and leadership skills.
Before becoming a Sun Devil, Andy worked at several universities in Boston, including Suffolk University, Northeastern University, Lesley University, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
