Long Bio

Kathi Novak is the Human Resources Manager for Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College. Main focus is hiring for staff, student worker and part-time faculty, employee relations and other related duties. Kathi grew up in Phoenix and has spent the first half of her career holding administrative roles in banking and K-12 education before coming to Arizona State University in 2011. At ASU, Kathi has served in both student-centric and academic units, creating a broad understanding of the university experience.
