Dr. Arindam Dutta is a Research Assistant Professor at Arizona State University (ASU) and a member of the Center for Wireless Information Systems and Computational Architectures (WISCA). He received his undergraduate degree from the West Bengal University of Technology in India and his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from ASU. His research focuses on signal processing, wireless communications, radar sensing, machine learning, and biomedical systems, with an emphasis on system design and engineering. He has served as a technical lead on multiple DARPA-funded programs. He is also a co-founder of the Big Little Sensor Company, an ASU spinout focused on developing contactless radar-based technologies for physiological and cardiopulmonary monitoring.
