Justin Pollnow joined Sun Devil Athletics Compliance Office in July 2012. He oversees the day-to-day operations of the athletics Compliance Office. Athletics compliance is a responsibility shared among all Sun Devil Athletics stakeholders, including ASU fans, coaches, student-athletes, prospective student-athletes, and other representatives of the University. It is the responsibility of the Sun Devil Athletics Compliance Office to direct and manage ASU’s efforts to educate its stakeholders and to monitor compliance regarding NCAA and Pac-12 Conference rules.
Pollnow came to ASU after spending three years at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay where he served as the Assistant Athletics Director for Compliance and Student Services. Before the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, Pollnow began work in athletics compliance at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi as the Compliance Coordinator.
Pollnow graduated from Marquette University Law School where he served as the Executive Editor on the Marquette Sports Law Review. Before MULS, Pollnow obtained his bachelor’s degree in international business from Cardinal Stritch University, where he was also a baseball student-athlete.
Justin is married to his lovely wife Jennifer who is a history teacher at Chandler Hamilton High School. They have two children Preston and Arya.
