Long Bio

Nancy Kiernan is the Senior Director for Recruitment and Student Success in the Edson College of Nursing and Health Innovation at Arizona State University. In this role, she works collaboratively with faculty and staff to support student success, including leading a service-focused team focused on enrollment and retention. Her portfolio includes recruitment, academic advising, student engagement, curricular support, and strategic initiatives.

Since joining ASU in 1998, Ms. Kiernan has also overseen student success initiatives for an engineering and science based college, curriculum and retention initiatives in the University Provost Office including the launch of eAdvisor and critical tracking, and the advancement and certification process for future educators.
