Barbara Lloyd joined Arizona State University in the University Real Estate Development office in 2019, following a successful twenty year career in commercial brokerage and development. Her experience includes investment sales, commercial leasing, development, and redevelopment projects. Barbara is a certified commercial investment member (CCIM) and a designated broker, with a proven track record of brokering the acquisition and disposition of over $600 million of commercial investment properties. She has extensive knowledge and skills in site selection, underwriting, leasing, contract negotiations, asset management and portfolio operations. Barbara is passionate about creating value, building relationships and delivering results, as well as contributing to the development and enhancement of the ASU community.
Barbara has been involved in multiple professional and community organizations, including Tempe Community Action Agency, Tempe Community Council, Tempe Neighbors Helping Neighbors, Tempe Leadership, ASU Alumni Leadership, Downtown Tempe Foundation, Valley Partnership and the Tempe Development Review Commission. She currently serves on the executive committee of the Association of University Real Estate Officials.
