Long Bio

John Dallmus is a Teaching Professor in the W. P. School of Accountancy at Arizona State University, teaching classes in financial and managerial accounting. Previously, he has held various accounting and financial management positions with fortune 500 companies such as Constellation Holdings (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Baltimore Gas and Electric Company), Citicorp and AAI Corporation (a wholly-owned subsidiary of United Industrial Corporation) which are engaged in venture capital activities, energy development and production, banking and defense contracting. Mr. Dallmus also practiced as a Certified Public Accountant providing accounting, tax and business advisory services. Mr. Dallmus earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Towson State University, a Master of Business Administration from The Sellinger School of Business and Management at Loyola College in Maryland and a Post-baccalaureate Certificate in Accountancy from Arizona State University. Mr. Dallmus received the Arizona CPA Foundation for Education and Innovation 2015 Excellence in Teaching Award, which recognizes an instructor from one of Arizona's public universities.
