Tanya serves as the Assistant Director of Finance, providing strategic financial and business operations leadership across multiple departments and initiatives within Knowledge Enterprise at Arizona State University. Her portfolio includes the Southwest Advanced Prototyping Hub (SWAP), SHIELD USA, and initiatives supporting semiconductor and advanced electronic technologies, including collaborations with MacroTechnology Works.
In this role, she oversees a complex financial portfolio, leads day-to-day financial operations, and provides comprehensive post-award management and research administration support. Tanya also provides strategic operational and financial oversight of research and technology initiatives, collaborating with faculty, students, and partners across academia, government, and industry. Through these partnerships, she fosters collaboration, strengthens communication, and promotes strategic alignment to support effective project execution, and achieve critical institutional and research objectives.
