Long Bio
Patrina Yang is an accomplished leader with over 20 years of experience in recruitment and admission, technology, operations, and student success. She currently serves as the Manager – Enrollment for the Undergraduate Programs Office (UPO) at the W. P. Carey School of Business, Arizona State University. In this role, Patrina oversees enrollment strategy and operations for undergraduate business programs, ensuring an exceptional student experience from recruitment through graduation. She leads initiatives that integrate data analytics, process optimization, and innovative technologies to enhance student engagement and academic success.
Before her current position, Patrina held several senior leadership roles at Arizona State University, including IT Product Manager with Enterprise Technology and Director of Admissions and Student Financial Services at the W. P. Carey School of Business. In these roles, she managed large cross-functional teams, developed IT governance policies, and oversaw multimillion-dollar budgets. Her expertise in data-driven decision-making, project management, and team collaboration has been instrumental in driving institutional excellence and operational innovation across the university.
