Long Bio
Elva S. Y. Lin is a clinical associate professor of information systems at the W. P. Carey School of Business, Arizona State University. Her research focuses on subscript-free modeling language, integrating models and data in decision support systems, developing and applying business information system GPTs, evaluating the pros and cons of small business operations with AI tools, and adding value through enterprise services, e-commerce product, and project management. She joined ASU in 2013 after previously working at Yuan-Ze University in Taiwan. She also has industry experience with Motorola Inc. and General Dynamics, where she received Excellent Employee Awards from Motorola in 1999 and General Dynamics in 2005 and 2007.
