Iryna Kovalenko has been with Global Launch at Arizona State University for 11 years, beginning her career as a faculty member before transitioning into administrative roles. She previously served as a Student Services Manager and now oversees the ASU-USA Pathways program, internal program operations, and external partnerships. In her current role, she works closely with agents and ASU schools to expand Pathways tracks, develop strategic collaborations, and support enrollment and admissions efforts.
With a strong background in student services, program development, and partnership management, Iryna is dedicated to enhancing opportunities for international students, streamlining the admissions process, and ensuring seamless academic transitions. She is deeply committed to improving the student experience and supporting their success, recognizing that personalized guidance, academic support, and a welcoming community are essential for students to thrive.
