Hi everyone!
I’m Kayla, and I’m so excited to join the EOSS HR team! I’ve been in the HR field for 10 years and have worked with organizations ranging from small, family-owned businesses to large companies like Amazon and Meta. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Social Work from NAU and graduated from ASU Online in 2024 with my master’s in Human Resources and Employment Law.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading (especially fantasy and dystopian novels), watching great TV shows and movies (Big Bang Theory, Friends, Downton Abbey, and more), spending time with animals (I have a beautiful black cat with a disabled ear named Stevie), drinking Dr Pepper, playing video games (Halo and Hogwarts Legacy), and geeking out over Star Wars, Harry Potter, Disney, and Lord of the Rings.
