Patricia Ibalo

Patricia Ibalo Joyce has a multidisciplinary academic background spanning science, education, and educational technology.

She completed her Primary Leaving Examinations (PLE) at Naminage Mixed Primary School, and later attended Nabisunsa Girls' Secondary School, where she obtained both the Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) and the Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE).

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biosciences and Biotechnology from Arizona State University, developing a strong foundation in scientific inquiry and research.

Driven by a passion for education, she later pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) at Nkumba University, equipping her with professional teaching skills and classroom practice.

She is currently pursuing a Master of Education (MEd) in Learning Design and Technology at Arizona State University as part of the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program, where she is developing expertise in using technology and innovative learning design to expand access to quality education.
