Brad Baertsch is the Senior Director on the Enrollment Solutions Team at Arizona State University, where he leads strategic initiatives to drive university enrollment. With over two decades of experience in higher education, Brad has shaped ASU’s enrollment landscape through pioneering recruitment strategies, integrated communication plans, and innovative partnerships.
A recognized leader in the field, Brad has launched numerous transformative programs such as ASU’s Personalized Admission Project and collaborative efforts focused on student FAFSA submission during the FAFSA simplification process. He also plays a key role in partnership efforts with ASU’s academic colleges recruitment and enrollment teams, Kaplan Pathways for new international student enrollment, ASU California Center, TEDI-London, and many other programs and partnerships both internally and externally to improve access and readiness for students nationwide.
Brad holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Arizona State University and has completed extensive graduate-level coursework in public affairs and digital audience engagement. Known for his collaborative leadership, data-informed decision-making, and commitment to student success, Brad continues to drive forward-thinking initiatives that reimagine the future of college admissions.
